Paris Design Week 2024: the best exhibitions
This autumn, the French capital is buzzing to the rhythm of Paris Design Week, organised from 5 to 14 September 2024. With a mix of craftsmanship, cutting-edge design and artistic events, let’s take a closer look at our favourite highlights of this year’s event.
The ‘Ligare’ exhibition by Sinople
Galerie Sinople has chosen to shine the spotlight on three designers this Paris Design Week. Gathered in their Marais space for the ‘Ligare’ exhibition, these three talented designers work with natural fibres. Known for her experiments with straw, Inès Bressand has produced a range of pieces for the home, including shelves. Laurel Parker has created a washi paper repertoire that can be interpreted in a multitude of ways. Finally, Miyouki Nakajima uses silk to develop her artistic practice. All in all, a highly poetic collection on show until 5 October.
