Contributions festival

From October 16–22, 2023, Georgian textile artist Mariana Chkonia and French gallery SINOPLE take over Atelier Lardeur with their collaborative exhibition, Irida.
In this legendary workshop, kept untouched through time and located between the Montparnasse and Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhoods, three generations driven by creativity have succeeded each other. Art, architecture, craftsmanship, and intellect have converged here to give birth to significant works, whether in stained glass or sculpture form. Sacred art occupied a distinct place, imparting a unique aura to the space. At the back of the courtyard, in the cold and magnificent northern light, colors can be worked on without distortion.
